Post-Op Recovery

Extra support during recovery, right at home

After surgery, even simple tasks can become difficult. We support recovery by delivering care according to each individual’s discharge plan of care per doctor's orders.

 Includes:

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Medication reminders

• Meal planning and prep, and adequate hydration

• Assistance with mobility and transfers

• Support with prescribed exercises (as directed)

• Accompany to post-op doctor’s visits

• Continuous vital sign assessments and companionship

• Observe for signs and symptoms of infection and any changes in health status
