OUR SOLUTION (3-Step Approach)

Step 1: Free In-Person Consultation & Home Safety Review
We learn the client’s routine, triggers, preferences, and safety concerns. We define what “good days” look like and build structure around that.

Program includes:

• Routine reinforcement and calm supervision

• Safety-focused support inside the home

• Help with hygiene, meals, and daily structure

• Companionship + engagement activities

• Family alignment and communication through check-ins

Step 2: Caregiver Match + Dementia-Specific Training Focus
We assign caregivers suited for memory support—patient, steady, and consistent—aligned to the care plan.

Step 3: Ongoing Oversight + Monthly (and as-needed) Updates
Care begins, and we adjust the plan as needed to maintain comfort, safety, and consistency.
